Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Softnue, we are committed to transparent and fair dealing with all our clients. This policy outlines the procedures for cancellation and refunds for our services.

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our policy regarding advance payments and cancellations is as follows:

• Advance Payment: All projects require an advance payment as mutually agreed upon in the Service Agreement before work commences. This advance payment is non-refundable.
• Cancellation by Client: If the Client chooses to cancel the project at any time, the advance payment will not be refunded. The Client will also be liable for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, if it exceeds the advance amount.
• Cancellation by Softnue: In the unlikely event that Softnue (referred as "our side") is unable to continue or chooses to cancel the project, a full refund of the advance payment will be initiated.

Once an advance payment is made, it is understood that the Client agrees to these terms, and no refund will be issued unless the cancellation is initiated by Softnue.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our billing department at contact@softnue.com.

If your cancellation is initiated by Softnue, our team will reach out to you directly to process the refund of your advance payment.
